i love my dad.

he buys birds nest for me when i do night shifts, cos he says sleep deprivation makes the body heaty, birds nest can cool it down.

he always satisfised my cravings for expensive food . like buddha jumps over the wall, sharks fin etc. LOL .

even the little little food i want to eat he will bring me there.

he always replenishes my wholemeal bread for me. the only kind that i eat. he said it's the "青色的面包" , refering to the packaging.

he knows the combination of mix vege rice i like "二菜一魚" haha!
and sometimes he will surprise me by lettin me try new dishes from the stall.
and whenever my friend comes over and wants a packet, he will 加料 for us.

he is the most patient men i've seen.

never threw his temper, or show any anger
when i spend 12k in yr. he still ask how much do i need for allowance/ mth...
when i rebelliously quit poly and slack for long long time and
STILL trust me when i said i wanted to go back to sch.

when i said i need to see a dr cos i think i cant control my eating,
he asked his colleagues abt it and realised that i need to see a dr, ask me to see a specialist and never once ask abt the bill

always catch cockroaches , "gim ku" , lizards whatever pests that i dont like for me ..

when i share my burdens w him, instead of being angry, he said that whenever i need him, he will help me, he will stand up for me, i just have to let him know..

and ever since mum passed away, he always calls me and waits for me to reach home then he goes to bed....

...if my earthly dad is such a patient and loving person, what more is my heavenly father ?

yesterday i thought was the worst night ever.

i was alone.
had this creepy feeling, I DONT KNOW WHY!
and then i couldnt find my handphone to dial to anybody,
i woke up, stood there,
lie there with my eyes wide open,
and then i started crying real badly,
then i plucked up some courage, I DONT KNOW WHY I HAVE TO TRY TO BE BRAVE, because i was in my own house!
i on all the lights in my house,
and try to look for my handphone,
there it was in my comforter ,
when i flipped and it dropped to the floor,
then i kneeled on the floor and cried badly again,
WHAT THE HELL WAS WRONG WITH ME.
den i blasted some music on the radio,
and just lie there with my eyes wide open till 5am.
went for a power power power run at 830am after that,
but it doesn't seems to let out any frustration in me,

now i am feeling sick.
i feel like vomiting.

y cant i just subconsciously do it?

like some people just dont have to care, dont have to exercise and their weight maintain.
but if i dont care, the weight just slowly creeps back.
it's scary !
